Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA)

The Barnstable County Retirement Board has voted to grant a 3% COLA to retirees and survivors with a date of retirement of 6/30/2025 or before.  The COLA will be reflected on the pay date of 7/31/2026.  The COLA is calculated on a cap of $18,000.00 of the annual retirement benefit base.
